Over the past few months we have been working hard to deliver new features to our credit union partners. We are excited to share with you our most recent feature that will allow secure communication between members and credit union staff.
What’s New?
Members will now receive a new, purpose built inbox within their banking app. This new inbox will allow staff to view and send direct messages members through chat channels and for members to respond.
Members will receive email notifications letting them know that they have received a response. New messages are also highlighted within the app showing that there is a new message waiting to be read.
Members can send complaints, feedback, questions about their loans and any other requests that are in your system.
New message requests will be automatically organised into queues making it easy to filter messages for easy access to unread messages.
You can now also set messages to automatically send to your members.
If you would like to chat about the needs of your organisation, please feel free to contact us. We would also love to hear your thoughts, reach out to us via our Twitter or LinkedIn page.
