We have invested significant research and development into our new reporting framework with all partners benefitting from the improvements. There are now many more tabs to be explored and we have simplified how reports are distributed.
Until not very long ago we had to build reporting for each partner individually, now we have a set of built-in reporting that all partners have access to, retaining the ability to have custom reports and analytics.
Improvements have now been made to the way that reports are displayed, by creating tabs that allow our credit unions partners to access their member and financial data. Not only can more data be viewed in the organised tabs but this feature has created a faster more immediate access to report data. This improvement cuts out the need for credit unions to manually produce reports and saves time with automatic distribution.
