Symfony Live

As you may know, us here at VI are die-hard supporters of Symfony2. We love the way it works with our code, and our clients love it as so much of the boilerplate functionality is pre-built and managed. When the opportunity arose, we just couldn’t resist going to Symfony Live in London this year.

Our team is primarily PHP-based, as we use the Symfony2 framework daily we couldn’t refuse an excuse to mingle with like-minded developers, and the team at SensioLabsUK did not disappoint.

We started the event with the keynote hosted by Marcello Duarte, a very passionate and thorough talk about software craftsmanship; something we feel very strongly about here at, VI.

The event was split into two tracks, with people just following their passions. At the end it was great to come back together and share the experience. Would we go again? Definitely!
