This year we are joining RS Components in sponsoring the Launch48 even being held in Leicester. We feel that the technology community in Leicester is something that should be nurtured and encouraged to grow.
Since moving to Dock, one of our major goals was to build a sustainable technology community in and around Leicestershire. We are committed to this, and in the past six months we have been involved in events such as free workshops, guest lectures, contributing to the community, open -sourcing some of our software projects, hackathons, networking and trying our very best to create sustainable high-tech jobs in the heart of Leicestershire.
We are very proud to sponsor Launch48 which is organised by Oxygen Startups. This year the event is being hosted at our building, Dock, which is located right next door to the National Space Centre. It’s the perfect environment for a start up to set down its roots and grow.
If you have a great idea, why not come along and get the mentoring and support that will help your startup?
We would also like to thank Leicester City Council and the Business Development team for their tireless efforts, while sharing our goals.
